10. Aloo Paratha

Aloo or potato is enriched with carbohydrate and fats that help your baby to gain weight. Mash two small boiled aloos well and stuff it in the center of your roti dough. Now knead it so that the aloo is completely stuffed inside your roti. Roll the small piece of dough into a thick aloo roti. Now fry it in hot tawa. You can add little turmeric powder, salt, little garam masala to enhance the taste.

Steamed sweet corn has numerous rich nutritions such as Vitamins, minerals, sodium, calcium, manganese, copper and zinc.  Instead of giving these sweet corn granules, you can grind it in a mixer jar so that it is easily chewable for your baby.
